After treatment

To achieve pure health, your chiropractor will give you advice on aftercare following treatment and any “homework”; this may include application of ice or heat, ergonomic advice and stretching or exercises. When possible try to listen and follow the advice as best as you can and call us, or drop into our Stafford Clinic, if you have any questions.

Long term management – stay well with Chiropractic

Once you are out of pain we are here to make sure you keep your spine and body in good condition long term.

In the same way you would have your car serviced regularly to keep it running well – it is often helpful to have regular chiropractic check-ups to keep your spine in full working order.

Many injuries build up from every day activities and wear and tear and regular chiropractic visits can be helpful to prevent further reoccurrence from your pain and improve your lifestyle and well being. Each person is different and your need for treatment will be assessed on an individual basis – this should always be discussed with your chiropractor.
