As part of Stafford Chiropractic Clinic's series of Lockdown videos, Olivia demonstraties the following exercises to help keep your upper back loose and gain a more upright posture;

  • Pectoral stretch 
  • Scapular retraction; and
  • Foam rolling for the thoracic spine
